COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Here you may pay rent online or submit a request for maintenance.

Pay Rent:

Dear Tenants:

We now have two options for online rent payment: Zelle and Bill & Pay.

Zelle: If your bank has Zelle (US Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, & UW Credit Union have it to name a few), you may send payments to us by using our e-mail address (info@holstermanagement.com). We receive payments made through Zelle on the same day so this is probably the better option if your bank has it.

Bill & Pay: With Bill & Pay you may pay through e-check (ACH) for free from any bank simply by entering your account number and routing number. Please remember that ACH Transactions take up to 6 business days (not calendar days) to clear into our trust account, and we count your payment from the date that it is received in our account. If you use Bill and Pay, please submit your payment at least a week before the 1st of the month. Paying online through Bill and Pay on the 1st of the month will not guarantee timely receipt of your payment. You may set up auto-payment through Bill & Pay and many tenants set this up for the 24th or 25th of the previous month to ensure timely payment. If you would like to set this up please let us know so that we can adjust the due date of your invoices so that Bill & Pay knows to auto-pay it on that date.

Other Options: You may also pay your rent by mailing a personal check, bank check, or money order to Holster Management, PO Box 1003, Wausau, WI 54402 and those payments are counted the day on which they are received. If you don't think you have enough time to make the payment timely through the mail, you may drop off a personal check, bank check, or money order at our office at 157148 Franklin Street, Wausau, WI 54403 and if it is during non-business hours or nobody is at the office at that time you may drop it in the black mailbox by the front door of the office that has a "Holster Management" sticker on it and that payment will be counted on the day that you drop it off. Please do not pay with cash.

View your payment history online: Even if you do not want to pay rent online, you may still view your account balance and previous invoices and payments through Bill & Pay for free. To sign up for Bill & Pay you will need to contact us to get an invitation code and initial password. A sample invitation letter is below explaining how to get set up:

You can now view and pay your invoices from Holster Management online. We're excited to be using Bill & Pay, a secure online invoice delivery and payment system. This free service saves you time and postage.

From your customer account you can view past invoices, view payment history, receive payment reminders, and setup automatic recurring payments. To learn more about Bill & Pay go to www.BillandPay.com.

Follow the simple steps outlined below to setup your customer account.

1. Go to www.GoBillandPay.com with your web browser.

2. Enter the following information:

Invitation Code: (contact Holster Management to get this)

Password: (contact Holster Management to get this)

3. Complete the form by creating your user name and password. You will use this to sign into your account in the future.

4. Your account is now active and you can access it immediately.
